It’s always great to work with someone you worked with a year ago, and it’s even better when you’re back in the exact location. Even more incredible is the idea of photographing our couple once more for the anniversary. We are grateful to our couples who simply tell us how much they appreciate our services, and on that note, we continue on our commitment to deliver outstanding service to all.

Back to our story today, it was beautiful to be back at Riverwood Mansion without everyone else around. Tom and Mara got married on October 16th, 2020, and it was here! Yes, it’s the exact location. Riverwood Mansion will not disappoint its clients and guests as a fantastic site for weddings and other events. Their place and setting, like what we experienced, has the most excellent food and sceneries. This artistic Nashville mansion welcomes the couple with towering Magnolia trees, marble fireplaces, and many elegant chandeliers. Aside from the perfect venue, what’s impressive about their wedding venue is that Riverwood Mansion allows couples to come to their property for a first-anniversary session, which was so much fun!

Before this anniversary session, we’d met each other a few times throughout the year, but it was nice to meet them again at that place. These two got dressed up, Tom in the suit he wore for their wedding last year. Mara stays beautiful as she was. We explored the property and photographed places that we couldn’t last year at the wedding due to people or vehicles. The couple enjoys their walk as we choose those perfect spots for their session. We photographed in the beautiful garden, and the weather was so lovely. The trees and scenery are still warm.

We enjoy shooting them; they are precisely the same as they were a year ago. Looking at the photos, you can see how happy the marriage is. We adore photographing how intimate they are, with authentic kisses and gazes.
